Occupational Health and Safety Policy

Based on the Sustainable, Proactive and Lean Occupational Safety approach we adopt as DGS Printing Technologies, we aim to create the necessary awareness and culture in occupational health and safety issues in all our employees, including senior management, and to achieve zero occupational accidents and zero occupational diseases by acting with continuous self-improvement efforts. Within the scope of legal responsibility, DGS Printing Technologies maximizes the OHS culture of all personnel with periodic trainings given during the recruitment phase and in order to prevent risks specific to the equipment and processes used in the production area. For this purpose, we act according to the following principles;

  • To comply with national and international standards, occupational health and safety regulations in all our activities,
  • To set realizable goals and objectives and to ensure that they are renewed in line with the principle of continuous development and improvement,
    To train and raise awareness of all our employees to ensure their health and safety, and to encourage and ensure their participation through employee representatives and the opinion system,
  • To instill the awareness that Occupational Health and Safety improvement activities are the shared responsibility of all employees,
  • To ensure that all our employees, customers and visitors comply with OHS rules,
  • Taking OHS risk assessments under control and trying to eliminate and minimize risks primarily at the source,
  • To follow technological developments in Occupational Health and Safety and to direct our investments accordingly.
