The Modular Labeling System consists of a driver module, a label detection module, a distribution module, a decoder module, a rewind module and an adapter module. These can be assembled to the customer’s specifications using our configurator to create the perfect label applicator for their product line. More than 70 different configurations are available for a multitude of labeling applications. This makes Alpha HSM the most versatile solution in our portfolio of labeling systems
As the packaging industry demands faster labeling speeds and greater flexibility, Alpha HSM high-speed labeling systems can be configured in a variety of models that can handle multiple speeds and label sizes.
Weber designed the modular Alpha HSM so that it can be ordered in ten different sizes to suit almost any labeling application. Available in right or left versions, Alpha HSM can be produced with label widths of 135, 200, 250 and 320 mm.

Alpha HSM is IP65 certified and made of durable aluminum with high rigidity for all work label widths, including wash areas.

Modular Options
The standard mechanical label unwinder and rewinder can be upgraded to a motorized servo- controlled system for higher labeling production speeds. Label application modules for HSM include a fixed peel plate, a rotary peel plate, a pneumatic peel plate and an adjustable peel plate or a pneumatic peel plate. Includes applicator . Label sensors can process standard and transparent labels.
