Printing brightly colored labels and applying them in a 1:1 ratio – this is possible with the Legi-Air 6500 label printer dispenser. It is a combination of color label printer and label dispenser. The system prints color labels at a resolution of 1,200 x 1,200 dpi in a very short time and applies them to products of different heights.
The Legi-Air 6500 is suitable for individual labeling in small batches and applications where the focus is on UV and seawater resistance.
Compact and modular structure
The Legi-Air 6500 consists of an Epson color label dispenser, a TampBlow dispensing unit and rewinders and unwinders for label rolls. The label printing dispenser is suitable as a manual workstation, but also works automatically.
Precision marking
The color label printer dispenser marks using the TampBlow process. This means that it blows color labels without contact with product surfaces and at the same time with precision . Different product heights can be marked thanks to the spring-loaded Multiflex dispensing stamp.
Excellent print quality
ColorWorks 6500 color label printer installed in the system achieves excellent printing results with a resolution of 1,200 x 1,200 dpi . Color fastness corresponds almost 100 percent to common color standar
ds such as RAL, Pantone or HKS.
UV and seawater resistance
Epson The pigments of UltraChrome DL inks have a resin coating and therefore provide a very high UV and moisture resistance. This provides seawater resistance in accordance with BS5609 (on suitable label material).
Variable label sizes and materials
The Legi-Air 6500 can handle labels between four and eight inches wide. Different label qualities are possible.
Self-cleaning print head assembly
the Legi-Air 6500 is immediately ready for a new print run, even after long downtimes. This is made possible thanks to flexible printheads that self-clean at lightning speed when they start working, thus ensuring an optimal print image without loss of time and quality.
Quick first release label
Legi-Air 6500 technology provides a fast first-out label. This means that the first label is available in printed form very quickly. This method is ideal for single label processing.
